Laser acupuncture means the stimulation of the points of traditional Chinese acupuncture by laser light which has an effect identical with that of a needle prick. The advantage of the treatment is that it is not painful and no side effects are known. It can also be applied to patients who have metal allergy or who take anticoagulants or who have pacemakers.
