The skin is the largest organ of the human body, it performs a variety of regulatory and sensory tasks, and plays an important protective role. Most skin diseases cause not only aesthetic, but also unpleasant health problems. Disorders are sometimes only limited to the skin, but it is also possible that the skin changes caused by a disease which affects the whole body. Our dermatologist and STD specialist is also a qualified cosmetology specialist.

Our Dermatology Department deals with all types of skin problems ranging from a simple insect bites and minor burns to the painful lesions that might be highly destructive to your quality of life.

Skin cancer is not picky!

The number of malignant skin tumours has been dramatically increased in recent years. Important risk factors include increased ultraviolet radiation, large number of moles on the skin, and the light skin and hair colours. But even we ourselves can threaten our health with excessive using the fashionable sun-bed and if a certain part of our body is exposed to an increased mechanical irritation due to our clothing. Melanoma is one of the most malignant cancer amongst all types of cancer! Dermatoscopy screening of moles carried out by a dermatologist specialist is recommended at least once a year! The timely diagnosis and treatment can significantly reduce the risk of severe disease.

Fortunately, a significant part of skin lesions is benign and varied, including:
